Clean rooms, helpful staff, great beds, within walking distance from everything, Plazas, Puertas, Palacios, shops and food. Whenever we visit Madrid in the future, we'll definitely choose it again.

great position on Gran via, in the city center. room is clean and big, toilet a little small tough but ok. price is affordable. so it's a good choice if you like to stay in the very center without spending a fortune.
