Questionable if this is a real hostal. There is not 24 hour reception. We are lucky we even got in. Tried to store luggage in the morning and no one was available to do so. The price was also too much compared to hotel just down the road. Do not stay here

Location is excellent, 2 minutes walk from La Rambla, also metro and bus stations that can take you anywhere in the city within few minutes, beach is very near. Clean (room is cleaned every day), AC works perfectly, service is polite. Only downside, room
