HORRIBLE service, arrived 10 minutes to late. No check in possible anymore, although they said on WhatsApp a little later check in was no problem. Complete reservation cancelled for 4 days with no refund possible. Very unhelpful staff and crazy how this i

Horrible check-in service. They cancelled client booking with any proper communication. Avoid staying in this hostel. Unhelpful staff. Only thirst for money.
