Very clean, nice hotel.

You have to pay for everything from the wifi in the rooms to the locker (4euro per day). The food is bad and you cannot bring a bottle of water when you go to the pool. To be fare it was my first time in an all inclusive hotel maybe it is the same in all

Staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is spotlessly clean. However, the hot food served at the buffet dinner is consistently "luke warm" (at best).

Some staff were nice some weren’t. Rooms are not clean . Bed linen was full of dirt and crumbs. In conclusion I rate this hotel 2/10 in cleanless. There is no WiFi in the rooms only available in lobby and so hard to connect to it if you have an Apple phon

Positives.....hotel was clean and modern, rooms large with good facilities. Rooms were cleaned everyday. Staff were friendly, nice pool area and play area. Perfect location to the beach. La pineda was lovely, safe sandy beach, nice restaurants and close t
