Great location. I do find Madrid is a bit of a maze, but we found the hotel ok! Great little place for 2* establishment. Breakfast service till 12pm is fabulous, and we upgraded to an exec room, which was spacious and had 2 balcony's. Overall, good choice

Very good customer service! Front desk staff is always there to help. Feels welcoming and the rooms, although not very large in size, are comfortable, clean and quiet. The location, close to the Opera metro station, is central and one of my favourites!! B

Hotel is in a good location and staff is helpful and friendly. Breakfast is good. Only negative factor is that rooms are quite small.

Always a pleasure coming to this cozy abode in midst of the city center. The staff is excellent and extremely cooperative. The rooms are very good. We stayed in the junior suite which were quite spacious. We love it here.
