Stayed in the hotel for a week last year. Great location. Very polite and helpful staff.

Fantastic location in a great part of downtown. Best shower and bathroom I've ever stayed in while in Europe. Including the water pressure which is normally dismal. Not a great place if you're interested in business meetings. Really more of a place to go

Hotel is very nice, a little too old school for my taste, not modern at all but it has a nice historic vibe. The staff is great specially at the lounge restaurant area. Food is extremely good. Try the burger or the club sandwich. Wife loved it so coming

Beautiful, former palace. Recently upgraded, but not electronic, because of its history. Great location and each room is a different design.

Beautiful hotel with a vintage vibe. It has great location next to retiro park and Del Prado Museum. Friendly staff that makes you feel welcome.
