Absolute best. Clean room and staffs are extremely helpful. They were able to keep our bags while we were traveling to Seville which other hotel won't do. Definitely will come back in the future.

Oustanding service at this hotel. Every single member of staff we bumped into went well out of their way to help. In fact beyond any hotel I've visited. Its compact and cosy vs spacious but immaculately finished. Thank you for making our stay much easier.

Excellent location, within a walking distance from all of Madrid's major sights. Although it is by a busy street, the rooms (tried two of them) were quiet. Bed is excellent, as well as the pillows. Breakfast is very good. Staff is nice and helpful.
