Occupying a 19th-century villa, the hotel is a cultural heritage site in San Sebastián. Surrounded by a pretty garden and a community terrace, the hotel was built in 1898 and renovated in 2004. The hotel includes a total of 25 rooms and includes a foyer with a 24-hour reception desk, a safe, lifts, conference rooms, a library, a fireplace, a garage and a car park.
