Free cupcakes and coffee. English speaking staff. Thin walls (snoring guy the next door was awful). Cheap compared to other places around. Strong 4 stars.

This place is a joke. No hot water in the rooms if many people are in the shower at the same time. The ac does not work, if the room is hot you need top open a window. The staff does not know anything and they will give you a hard time if you need to deal

Stayed there twice already. Like the location - close to metro, supermarkets, shopping streets. Rooms are cozy, confortable. And the staff is very helpful and nice

I stayed her for 2 night. The place is clean and the staff are helpful but the rooms are tiny.

I've been staying to Madrid Suite for the weekend with my wife and we really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is amazing and the staff is really kind and helpful. All the good places are within walking distance and is really close to the tube too. Thanks a lot
