This people cancel my reservation too, for 3 days and then tell me I lost the next 2 days, I understand now why they rent a cheap bed, if you can rent the same twice here are the bussines....

I booked it with the notice of late check in, because was arriving to Madrid after 20h. To be sure, I texted them and called anywhere I can to be sure that I will be able to get in, but didn't receive any answer. So when I arrived, I could not even get in

1star is too much for it, smell is unbelievable, the rooms are small tiny and stinky. Not clean inside and outside. The help desk doesn't speak any language except Spanish, and if you don't speak Spanish she will probably ignore you and she bacome rude. D

This place doesn’t even deserve one star. Customer service from the get go was absolutely diabolical. We may have well been speaking to a brick wall. It took 25 minutes for her to check us in and write down our passports numbers while she answered her mo

I knew what I was getting into when I paid 9 euros for one night, but I needed something quick and cheap for an unexpected fast trip to Madrid. So I was not expecting the cleanest room, most comfortable bed or nicest staff members. I hasñd zero demands. H
