Once something very good stood tall here - it is gone now.

Been in the area in the last week. This development is not open. No body available to ask about development. Closed doors. Definitely not occupied. Would advise not to book.

Be Careful! Company says bookings must be rescheduled but nobody is answering any e-mails. money seems to be lost!

Great as a base for exploring Playa Blanca and Lanzarote. Basic accommodation, but being refurbished soon and will be lovely and comfortable. Friendly and helpful staff and residents/holidaymakers. Might not suit everyone so do your research and understan
