We liked everything. Right in front of Plaza de España. Very helpful and friendly staff. Everything was extremely clean. Superb comfortable rooms. Great bar and restaurant with delicious food. Complimentary underground and secure parking. Thank you so muc

Really nice and friendly staff. Great location, even had a view over Plaza de España! Free public parking across the street, under ground. Would love to visit again!

Well.. I don't know who put 8,2 on booking!? It was very dirty ! Awful! I found all this black hair around the room and bathroom. The furniture look like from my great-grandmother. I stayed there for one night and definitely I will not stay there again. O

Decent place for stay. Clean and big room. A bit cold at winter time. Service at hotel was excellent.
