Biggest scam I ever seen. We arrived right for the check-in hour and no one was there. First, the building is quite impossible to find, no indication, nothing is written to make you find the place. Then we tried to call the staff and no one was answering

No person on staff...only arrive when cleaning lady is there between 3 an 4

They moved us to another place, saying that there are no free places here. This after doubting the reservation we made.
