Air bnb the top floor with 10-15 of your closest friends. This is the location with the rediculous views up and down Gran Via, and walking to old and new Madrid. Great spot!

Dirty place unpleasant staff

We paied for two separate suits, but got one two rooms suit, not separate. Personal do not speak English. It was not able to complain. Rooms are dirty. Broken furniture.

Une arnaque à fuir absolument.. nous sommes arrivés à "l’accueil" et l’homme présent n’était même pas au courant qu’il s’agissait d’un hôtel.. nous sommes arrivés dans ce qui était censé être censé être notre chambre, un espace avec un canapé, et à gauche
