Nice and clean very friendly stuff but make sure if you smoke that you book room with balcony coz no place to smoke in all building

This hotel is the best at quality/price ratio. The hotel is right in the middle of santa cruz close to all services , bars and restaurants. It is a small hotel so you need to book ahead. It's everything new and has a really clean feeling, fresh and welcom

Very friendly and helpful staff unfortunately I experienced a slip on one of the steep hills and injured my leg, but the staff did everything to make my stay enjoyable. There is a good local restaurant nearby.. I would not hesitate to recommend this hote

Very nice place very good prices. Clean and tidy and the people always welcoming and helpful. Will definitely pass back before the end of our trip. One thing that can be improved is the sound isolation between rooms, but not really noisy.

Amazing place!! The service is so nice, so careful, I would go back just to see them again. The room we had was also great, modern, new. Beautiful view over the city and the ocean. You can even see the ocean while you're showering, definitely a nice exper
