Kind staff, clean room & bathroom, good breakfast. This hotel is about 20-25 min from airport (when there is no traffic, like in the evening), outside Madrid. In the same building there is a gym. The hotel is not "downtown", but for me this was ok. I sugg

Best hotel in Madrid. Extremely helpful staff at the Reception. Much thanks to Ana and Diana. Many options at the breakfast. Only 3 mins walk to the train station. (Renfe). Highly recommended and will stay again and again.

Feels like being in the set of Shining. But the rooms are very large and the staff is helpful
