Dreams Lanzarote Playa Dorada Resort & Spa

What a lovely hotel, all the staff are friendly and helpful. Pity we only managed a short stay due to the recent sandstorm. Hotel is having a refurb, hoping to visit again soon. Thank you to everyone who made our stay very pleasant.

The banging and drilling work not great when your relaxing. We complained to customer service but nothing was done, no feedback. One of restaurants available to deluxe customers were closed off. Would have liked our upgrade fee refunded. Didnt even get

Previously the Hesperia Playa Dorada. This 4☆ Hotel punches well above its weight .The food ,bars and rooms are all excellent. Evening entertainment was good . However the strength of this place is their staff .Always helpful ,smiling and working so hard.

Excellent location, friendly helpful staff. Good facilities and entertainment. Nice touches like free cold water near reception and free tea and cake. Will shortly be doing an upgrade so looking forward to seeing the results.
