We love this hotel. Welcoming personnel, always ready to help. The food is top. Our room is comfortable. It's great to have a settee and a terrace to relax. The shuttle to Puerto de la Cruz is very convenient. Our second stay and probably not the last!

This is a wonderful hotel. Extremely pleasant and professional staff, absolutely clean throughout, excellent food and a delightful and relaxing ambience. It is better run than some of the 5* hotels we have visited.
